2. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our service. Youacknowledge that the information you provide, including personal information and service preferences, will be used to match you with caregivers and schedule appointments. You are responsible for providing any necessary instructions, requirements, or preferences to the caregivers.

3. Payments and Billing Payment for the services provided by caregivers is handled directly between you and MaidEasy. We may provide payment processing services as a convenience. You agree to pay for the services rendered by MaidEasy in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us and the caregiver in a timely manner. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties as determined by the caregiver.

5. Caregiver Conduct and Liability We strive to connect you with reliable and trustworthy caregivers. However, we do not guarantee the conduct, qualifications, or performance of any caregiver. Any agreement or engagement between you and a caregiver is solely between you and the caregiver. We disclaim any liability for the actions, omissions, or negligence of caregivers.

6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to our service, including the website, mobile application, and any content provided, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service, including but not limited to any issues or disputes between you and a caregiver.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of our service or any violation of these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute arising between the parties under this agreement as to scope, interpretation, application or otherwise of any of the terms and conditions hereof of the rights and liabilities of the parties under this agreement, the same may be referred to Courts situated in Pune having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the said dispute .

10. Severability If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
